The program aims at the production of scientific knowledge and the formation of qualified human resources in the area of Pharmacology aiming at the strengthening of teaching, research and extension activities at the Federal University of Piauí, which can contribute to regional development and technological innovation, forming professionals qualified for research activities in the line of pharmacology of natural products and academic activities, contributing to the equitable expansion of the national post-graduation system with technical-scientific, economic and social impact.
